The Old House is set in one acre of secluded and wooded gardens with commanding views over the Cape Peninsula, the mountains and the Tokai Forest. 
The house is approached along its own secure, automated gated driveway with ample parking either under a spreading oak or in the garage. Across the front of the house is the extensive paved and part-covered terrace with teak dining table and chairs and armchairs to enjoy both covered or al fresco entertaining. An extensive awning provides additional shade and shelter to the terrace. The gardens include a sheltered lawn, mature trees, a Weber Barbecue and outdoor table and chairs.
